Dog Sitters Extraordinaire was founded in 2009 by Grace Borucki and Deborah McManus.As pet owners,moms and best friends since 1978, we understand that work,vacation and life in general can sometimes take you away from your beloved pets. That is why we decided to share our passion for animals by caring for yours with the same love and attention we give to our own. Each pet that we care for is considered part of our loving family.Our Pet Assistants at Dog Sitters Extraordinaire will coordinate the details regarding your pet to ensure that all of your needs are met.
Grace started Dog Sitters Extraordinaire when she saw a need for quality pet care in Los Angeles. She took a break from Corporate America after her daughter relocated to achieve her goals and son went away to major in Business & play Division 1 Basketball. She now spends her time as a Personal Assistant to dogs at hotels. Grace and her rescued dog, "Baby" often have client's pets for week-ends and overnight stays. In addition to her passion for pets, Grace spends her time creating art and photographing children and dogs. She is also certified in ECE and sometimes works as a Substitute Teacher for a Child Care Center and for a reputable Babysitting Agency.
Deborah has never been without a dog since she was 5 years old. She has attended meetings at the Guide Dogs of America to become a Puppy Raiser and just completed her Certification in Pet CPR and First Aid. She rescued her dog "Sparky" and finds comfort in being supportive to her daughter attending college away & spending time with her two adopted special needs children. She often has client's pets for week-ends and overnight stays. Deborah is actively involved in gardening, researching the latest trends of the pet friendly world and being a mom.
